Terms of Service

Last updated: August 25, 2026

These terms govern your use of divining.app ("Divining", "the service"). By using the service or creating an account, you agree to them.

The service

Divining indexes, transcribes, and helps you search and listen to sermons that are already published publicly by churches and other organizations (for example, via podcast feeds and public video). It is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide an accurate email address. You may delete your account at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt or overload it, gain unauthorized access, scrape it at scale, or use it to violate the rights of others or any law.

Third-party content

Sermon audio, video, transcripts, and related material originate from third parties and remain the property of their respective owners. Divining does not claim ownership of that content, and links or playback may change or become unavailable at any time.

Availability & changes

The service is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Divining is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or end access that violates these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
